Sydney completed her 200hr yoga teacher training at Wilmington Yoga Center. Her favorite part of teaching yoga is creating a space where people feel safe, supported, and welcomed just as they are. Her teaching emphasizes slowing down, tuning inward, and honoring the body as it is each day.
Off the mat, Sydney loves getting lost in a good book, spending time baking new treats, and has never met a dog she didn’t want to pet.
