Claudia is a 200 hour RYT with specialized training in Bhakti Yoga. Passionate about mind, body, and spirit wellness, she believes in yoga’s transformative powers as a path to healing and self-discovery. Claudia creates a supportive space for her students, then, she encourages them to connect with their inner wisdom and cultivate balance in their lives. She integrates movement, breath work, mindfulness, and meditation in her practice. Her heart-centered approach also helps others find peace, strength, and clarity on and off the mat.
