EMBRACE, EMPOWER, EMBODY: IMPROVE BODY IMAGE & OVERCOME DISORDERED EATING
- Young Adult
This 8-week group is designed for individuals ages 18-25 who struggle with eating disorders and/or disordered eating. This is a professionally-led therapeutic space to process emotions related to eating disorders, more specifically body image concerns. Topics covered include the connection between eating disorders and body image, body respect and utilizing the body image spectrum, diversifying social media, body neutrality, thanking your body, and saying goodbye to your ideal body. This list can be tailored towards participant needs.

PREGNANCY AFTER LOSS AND INFERTILITY
This group is intended for women who are currently pregnant and previously experienced a prolonged struggle with fertility treatments and/or prior pregnancy loss. This is a professionally-led, therapeutic group created to provide a safe space to process the range of emotions that can arise throughout the pregnancy journey.

PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome)
This group is intended for women who have been diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, also known as PCOS. This is a professionally-led, therapeutic group created to provide a safe space to process the range of emotions that can arise when it comes to PCOS. A few topics we’ll cover in these sessions are family growing, fatigue/low energy/metabolism, and advocacy within the healthcare system. This is not an exhaustive list and will be broadened based on group participant need.
