  • Flexible options for virtual or in-person sessions to accommodate your preferences
  • $60 per session
  • Recommended frequency: Weekly or biweekly sessions for optimal progress and integration

Enhanced Healing Program

For those seeking a more comprehensive approach to healing, our Enhanced Healing Program combines movement with therapeutic support:

  • Integrates regular trauma-sensitive movement with additional therapeutic modalities
  • One-on-One TSY clients have the option to work with one of our licensed therapists who specialize in trauma
  • Creates a holistic healing journey that addresses both physical and emotional aspects of trauma recovery
