In our work together, I focus on creating a trusting and respectful environment where you feel truly seen and heard. I practice from a person-centered approach, which means this is your journey—I’m here to walk alongside you, not lead the way. You decide what feels most important to explore, and I’ll meet you exactly where you are.
I believe no challenge is “too small” to bring into therapy. Everyone deserves a space to process, reflect, and heal. My role is to give you the opportunity to explore your full emotional experience while gently encouraging growth and self-discovery.
