about

Lexi Michonski

LCSWA

I view therapy as a safe, supportive space where everything is welcome—your thoughts, fears, hopes, and even the things that feel hard to say out loud. It’s a space free from judgment, where you’re met with compassion, not criticism, and encouraged to grow, evolve, and reconnect with yourself.

In our work together, I focus on creating a trusting and respectful environment where you feel truly seen and heard. I practice from a person-centered approach, which means this is your journey—I’m here to walk alongside you, not lead the way. You decide what feels most important to explore, and I’ll meet you exactly where you are.

I believe no challenge is “too small” to bring into therapy. Everyone deserves a space to process, reflect, and heal. My role is to give you the opportunity to explore your full emotional experience while gently encouraging growth and self-discovery.

Together, we will build a strong therapeutic relationship where you can cry, laugh, reflect, feel empowered, and everything in between. I’m honored to be a part of your healing journey!
