In addition to my formal education, I have pursued extensive training in yoga, meditation, and other fitness modalities. This allows me to develop personalized treatment plans for each client that may include nutrition, botanical medicine, stress management techniques, and lifestyle modifications. I help clients manage a wide range of health concerns, including digestive disorders, hormonal imbalances, autoimmune diseases, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, anxiety, and chronic fatigue. I am committed to empowering clients with the knowledge and tools to take charge of their health.
