about

Diane Warshofsky

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Welcome! I’m Diane and I offer counseling to adult individuals (ages 18+), couples, and families. I work towards helping clients manage and overcome anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions.

I view people as resilient individuals who are physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional social beings — all people create an impact and are impacted by the environment around them. This belief is a core part of my treatment style and draws on an eclectic mix of therapeutic techniques from family systems theory, psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches. The most important thing to remember, however, is that I always work towards finding a treatment style that works for you.

I am infinitely honored to partner with clients on their journeys as strengths are realized and hopes are defined during the counseling process. I look forward to working with you!
