about

Anna Brinson

Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate

Hi there! My name is Anna, and I’m a supportive clinician who is unafraid to challenge you toward the change you are seeking in a warm environment where you feel comfortable being your authentic self. Accepting help is hard; however, I strive to create a space for you to work through your journey at your own pace and build on your unique qualities in a way that will improve your life.

I am experienced in providing therapy to adolescents and adults in the partial hospitalization program and intensive outpatient care settings before transitioning to outpatient. I love supporting individuals as they work through eating disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD, gender dysphoria, body image concerns, relationship stress, trauma, and more.

I truly believe that all clients have a unique story to tell. If you are considering making changes, I am here to help. I hope to provide a safe space to share openly and without judgment. Our therapeutic relationship will be collaborative and built on the foundation of respect, empathy, and trust. I use a person-centered, strengths-based approach, and my goal is to help you live out your value-driven lifestyle and become the best version of yourself.
