Accepting help is hard; however, I strive to create a space for you to work through your journey at your own pace and build on your unique qualities in a way that will improve your life.
I am experienced in providing therapy to adolescents and adults in the partial hospitalization program and intensive outpatient care settings before transitioning to outpatient. I love supporting individuals as they work through eating disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD, gender dysphoria, body image concerns, relationship stress, trauma, and more.
